It’s been a while since I reviewed a Novel Editions box. For the past year, I’ve told anyone who will listen to me how amazing this book box subscription is! It has opened my eyes to so many new authors and genres, and I’ve met a lot of amazing people through the online community that it has created.

December marked the second-last box that Novel Editions will be sending out. While it is sad to see this wonderful Canadian book box go, I am forever grateful for having been a part of it.

Novel Editions: The June & July Boxes

Dear fellow Canadian Book Nerds: How many of you look at book subscription boxes online, and wish that exchange rates and international shipping didn’t threaten your bank account’s existence? I felt this way for a long time until I discovered Novel Editions: an amazing Canadian-based book box subscription. I’ve been receiving boxes from them since January, and each month they keep getting better and better. The most recent boxes, from June and July, are solid examples of its improvement.

Novel Editions: The February Box

My February box from Novel Editions came almost a month ago, but I honestly haven’t even had time to think about it in between all of the amazing books I’ve been reading this month! From finishing Ami McKay’s The Witches of New York to laughing my way through Aziz Ansari’s Modern Love, to now crying over V. E. Schawb’s Shades of Magic series, it’s been a busy few weeks.

But now, days away from receiving my March box(!!!), I have found the time to review the beautiful books and bookish items that were featured in the February box.

Novel Editions: The January Box

I’ve wanted a monthly book box subscription since I found out they existed, but finding a Canadian one that appealed to me was difficult. There were all kinds of awesome ones, but many were American-based and would have broken my budget after paying for international shipping and currency exchange. A few months ago, though, I found a new book box subscription based out of Toronto that was just beginning: Novel Editions.
